Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in multi-channel communication including phone, email, and chat
- ability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with some overtime during peak season including Saturdays
- ability to sit for extended periods
- ability to use a step ladder
- physical capability to perform reading, lifting, carrying, keyboarding, grasping, and reaching
- willingness to work outside digital toolsets
- availability to participate in comprehensive training programs
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associates degree preferred
- previous success in a customer service environment
- ability to communicate effectively listening, writing, and verbally
- moderate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- ability to learn new systems and technology
- ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks at a time while paying close attention to detail
- conversational and intermediate Spanish preferred
- experience working in a team environment with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Handle multi-channel inbound communications - phone, email, web portal, ticketing system, chat - while meeting or exceeding stated service levels
- support the company's commitment to customers of on time delivery by providing customer support and raising escalation requests to senior CSA team members as needed
- build relationships within the broader customer service team to support customer needs
- maintain positive and professional communications and working relationships with customers, ISPs, and all personnel
- assist entering orders and other customer needs during peak times
- actively participate in training and job shadowing programs
- manage multiple tickets and tasks effectively while ensuring attention to detail
