Job Requirements
- Valid cannabis industry work badge in Colorado preferred
- Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and various shifts
- Willingness to comply with all organizational and MED regulations
- Reliable and honest
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physically capable of lifting 80 lbs and going up and down stairs
- Ability to perform tasks consistently over long durations
- Must be self motivated and dependable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial cultivation preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of cannabis physiology
- Ability to retain basic chemistry knowledge required to properly mix and apply nutrients and pesticides
- Self motivated with ability to work independently once trained
- Ability to perform monotonous tasks correctly and consistently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs and navigate stairs
Job Duties
- Mixing and adding nutrients to reservoirs correctly and consistently
- Capable of learning the pruning and defanning procedures for the vegetative and flower stages of growth quickly and efficiently
- Pesticide application
- Transplanting large numbers of plants quickly without damage
- Cutting clones with an effective survival rate of 90 percent
- Cultivation facility cleaning
- Monitoring ideal environmental parameters
- Cultivation irrigation strategies
