Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, college preferred
  • passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
  • enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced office environment
  • strong organization, attention to detail and time management
  • excellent intrapersonal and listening skills
  • ability to compose professional well-written emails
  • advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook Excel and Teams
  • ability to quickly learn computer systems and processes
  • must be dependable with a strong sense of urgency
  • must be able to work independently after training
  • must be able to speak and write fluently in English

Job Duties

  • Receiving and answering phone calls and emails
  • entering customer orders accurately
  • communicating with large volume corporate customers and team members
  • maintaining accurate and detailed customer account and order information
  • tracking FedEx orders
  • taking on new tasks as needed to support team goals
  • providing exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences
