Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook or Catering Cook
- Available to work the entire football season and have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a presentable appearance while interacting with clients
- Understands various cooking methods, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Working knowledge of the flow of a typical kitchen, action stations, display cooking and opening and closing of the daily aspects of the kitchen
- Excellent teamwork with culinary and kitchen team members
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Line Cook, Banquet Cook or Catering Cook
- Knowledge of allergens in food prepared and served
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a presentable appearance while interacting with clients
- Understands various cooking methods, equipment, and procedures
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Working knowledge of the flow of a typical kitchen, action stations, display cooking and opening and closing of daily aspects of the kitchen
- Excellent teamwork with culinary and kitchen team members
Job Duties
- Follow directions as provided by the company's Team Dining and Performance Managers
- Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
- Consistently demonstrates professional etiquette during meal periods
- Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
- Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situations
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
