Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular site visits to marina locations
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Availability to work some weekends and summer holidays
- Experience managing social media
- Strong photo and video editing skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site and around boats and water
- Organized and dependable
- Familiarity with boating or lifestyle content preferred

Job Duties
- Collect high-quality photo and video content at marina locations, aboard vessels, and during club events
- Collaborate with staff, members, and management to identify and execute content opportunities
- Edit and produce polished visual and video content for digital platforms
- Ensure content consistency with brand identity and marketing standards
- Manage, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
- Develop engaging captions and calls-to-action
- Monitor comments and messages, escalate inquiries as needed
- Plan, write, design, and coordinate distribution of monthly member newsletter
- Curate and highlight events, announcements, staff features, and safety information
