Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours or more
- Ability to frequently bend, lift, and twist to move product and assist merchandising
- Ability to lift and/or transport up to 40 lbs throughout store and stockroom
- Occasionally perform overhead lifting and use ladders or step stools
- Ability to work in moderate noise environment and exposure to refrigerated temperatures
- Ability to visually inspect product labels, signage, and displays accurately
- Ability to respond to visual cues such as guest gestures and safety hazards
Job Qualifications
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, including some weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to stand and move about for extended periods
- Experience with inventory management or retail support roles preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and confirm orders from the Concierge Department
- Pull and organize inventory to fulfill orders
- Order additional inventory as needed
- Maintain supply stock including boxes, inserts, tape, labels
- Update the Concierge tracking sheet for store-wide order visibility
- Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Communicate with store staff, local representatives, and Concierge Manager to coordinate orders and delivery logistics
