Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members
- Read and comprehend employment policies and safety rules
- Meet daily sales goal challenges
- Comfortable using electronic devices including cash registers
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to perform physical tasks like stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level
- Visual acuity including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and POS systems
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Educate customers on loyalty program benefits and promotions
- Collaborate honestly and respectfully with team members
- Complete transactions accurately using electronic cash registers and other sales technology
