Job Requirements
- Must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, late nights, and holidays to support operation and team needs
- ability to provide superb customer service while maintaining professional and friendly demeanor
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- able to push a bell cart or flat bed up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing, sitting, or walking for up to 8 hours a day
- compliant with Caruso grooming standards

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a hospitality setting
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- professional and pleasant tone of service
- proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Utilize all resources available to ensure full knowledge and understanding of Caruso property to provide exceptional 5-star service
- fulfill guest and resident service requests including in home dining orders, restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, maintenance requests, dry cleaning services, package delivery, bell cart runs, and other legal requests
- coordinate guest and resident needs with other departments through lateral service to ensure seamless guest experience
- communicate and document guest compliments, complaints, or feedback, providing follow up to resolve issues
- ensure all resident requests are recorded in designated data entry systems
- properly use and follow radio etiquette guidelines and radio call codes for efficient communication
- greet all guests and residents following Caruso Hospitality Standards and conduct proper phone greetings
