Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Friendly and proactive demeanor
  • Knowledge of Lake Tahoe area preferred
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts
  • Ability to maintain guest confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of Lake Tahoe region and local attractions is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Competence with reservation and administrative software

Job Duties

  • Deliver welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable guest service at all times
  • Provide accurate information on resort services, amenities, hours of operation, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with dining, spa, transportation, and activity reservations
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of seasonal events, outdoor activities, and local vendors
  • Handle guest requests promptly and follow through to ensure resolution
  • Communicate effectively with Front Office, Bell/Valet, Spa, Recreation, and F&B teams
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
  • Support the Front Office with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow all safety policies and procedures
