Job Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Lake Tahoe area or willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using reservation and communication systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver welcoming professional and knowledgeable guest service at all times
- Provide accurate information on resort services amenities hours of operation and local attractions
- Assist guests with dining spa transportation and activity reservations
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of seasonal events outdoor activities and local vendors
- Handle guest requests promptly and follow through to ensure resolution
- Communicate effectively with Front Office Bell Valet Spa Recreation and F and B teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Support the Front Office with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow all safety policies and procedures
