Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • comfortable working in a loud, fast-moving, outdoor environment
  • ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in tight spaces
  • RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification required for serving roles
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the concert season

Job Qualifications

  • Previous high-volume bar or nightlife experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor brands (bartenders/bottle service)
  • RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification required for serving roles

Job Duties

  • Deliver VIP bottle service with energy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • set up and maintain bottle service sections with premium presentation
  • engage with guests, recommend drinks, and provide exceptional hospitality
  • handle transactions, split checks, and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
  • prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, and wine at high volume
  • maintain a clean and fully stocked bar area throughout service
  • restock liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, and ice to maintain bar efficiency
  • clean bar areas, empty trash, and assist with keg changes and soda line maintenance
  • work quickly and efficiently to support bartenders in a high-energy environment
