Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma ABLE alcohol license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move consistently throughout the shift
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits
- able to make recommendations confidently
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma ABLE alcohol license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest service focus
- Previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred
- Hotel or upscale lounge experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests and take beverage and food orders accurately
- Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas
- Reset, bus, and maintain tables and lounge areas between guests
- Perform assigned side work and assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, food runners, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Extend and present checks accurately and obtain appropriate signatures when required
- Adhere to all state and company alcohol service and cash handling policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
