Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma ABLE alcohol license
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multi-task and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and guest service focus
- previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred
- hotel or upscale lounge experience is a plus
- must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move consistently throughout the shift
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

- able to make recommendations confidently

Job Duties
- Promptly greet guests and take beverage and food orders accurately
- deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas
- reset, bus, and maintain tables and lounge areas between guests
- perform assigned side work and assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
- communicate effectively with bartenders, food runners, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- extend and present checks accurately and obtain appropriate signatures when required
- adhere to all state and company alcohol service and cash handling policies
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
