Job Duties
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival
- Check in, store, and safely return guests' coats and personal belongings
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the coat room area
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures related to guest property
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the Swingers brand standards
