Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Cashier must efficiently and accurately operate cash register
- Comply with legal requirements for alcohol handling
- Stocker must be able to safely operate store equipment
- Stocker must be available for early morning shifts starting at 5:00 a.m.

- Stocker must be able to operate equipment safely and properly including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
- Stockers must have morning availability for shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
Job Duties
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Performs duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Processes customer purchases and operates registers
- Performs general cleaning duties
- Stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provides exceptional customer service assisting customers during shopping
- Gives feedback to management on products, inventory losses, and scanning errors
- Participates in taking store inventory counts ensuring accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Stocks shelves and rotates product properly guaranteeing fresh product availability
- Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
- Organizes new inventory removing and breaking down empty boxes
- Operates machinery following all safety procedures
- Sits, stands, bends, reaches, pushes, pulls, lifts, carries, and walks about the store regularly
- Ensures safe operation of equipment including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler with morning availability to work shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m.
