Job Duties
- Assist customers by seeking them out and providing excellent service from the sales floor to the register
- adjust to customer flow by being available to help customers and co-workers
- maintain product presentation by resetting merchandise displays to reflect current fashion trends
- replenish and restock merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes
- participate in learning opportunities by absorbing information about merchandise and business processes
- solve problems and make decisions that enhance sales, profit, or customer service
- collaborate with team members and take accountability for actions and outcomes
