Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- capability to frequently bend, twist, squat, flex and reach
- ability to lift items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally for stock and fulfillment roles
- strong interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work varying shifts

Job Duties
- work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- keep the stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
- prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
