Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time with required shifts
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and inventory periods
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift up to 75 pounds using proper safety techniques
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong multitasking skills
- Effective communication with customers and team members
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals

Job Duties
- Keep the store energy lively and upbeat for customers and teammates
- Engage multiple clients at the cash wrap and offer personalized service
- Accurately perform register/POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure accurate pricing of merchandise and use price overrides when necessary
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product information, care, maintenance, timeframes, and delivery
- Offer additional merchandise suggestions to complement customer purchases
- Make customers aware of all promotions impacting sales
- Share information about products, in-store events, and workshops
- Maintain visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Use resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies
- Foster an environment where associates are treated fairly and respectfully
