Job Duties
- Assist customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register
- Adjust to customer flow by staying on the move and providing assistance to customers or co-workers
- Maintain product presentation by updating displays with the latest fashion and merchandise trends
- Replenish and restock store merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes
- Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes
- Solve problems and make smart decisions to drive sales, profit, or customer service
- Inspire strong performance in yourself and others
