Job Duties
- Assist customers by seeking them out and providing excellent service from the sales floor to the register
- Adjust to customer flow by being available to assist customers and co-workers
- Maintain product presentation by updating displays to reflect current trends
- Replenish and restock merchandise to meet customer demand
- Participate in a learning environment to absorb information about merchandise and business processes
- Solve problems and make smart decisions to drive sales and customer service
- Take ownership and accountability for actions and outcomes while building positive relationships
