Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks such as identifying and selling products based on customer needs, explaining warranties and product benefits, assisting customers, building relationships, resolving issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required by law

Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies and procedures
- Seeks out customers to understand their needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Listens and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions by guiding them through store areas and projects
- Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers
- Communicates information on stock, special orders, product features, applications, and warranty information
- Writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rentals and tool repairs
- Cross-functionally trains in other store areas to enhance customer service
- Detects signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks and reports to management or Asset Protection
- Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and maintains cleanliness and organization of store areas
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment including safety reviews and hazard management
- Adheres to all relevant safety requirements related to job duties
- Operates various store equipment such as telephones, paging systems, copiers, CCTV, paint mixers, and tool rental systems
