- less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets
- less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks like identifying and selling products, explaining warranties, assisting customers, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required by law

Job Duties
- Provides smart customer service at all times
- seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating and demonstrating merchandise
- listens and responds knowledgeably to customer and associate questions
- demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers
- communicates information about stock, special orders, warranties, and Lowe's programs
- writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs
- cross-functionally trains in other store areas
- detects signs of theft and security risks and reports to management
- ensures compliance with housekeeping standards
- maintains a safe and secure work environment
- adheres to all safety requirements relevant to job duties
- operates store equipment as needed
