Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system
- ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards
- possess solid product knowledge
- greet and acknowledge every customer
- address any customer concerns at POS
- reinforce a rewarding customer experience
- complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- maintain all cash accountabilities at registers
- assist in various store operations including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties, and returning products to inventory
- assist in processing and replenishing merchandise
- participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock
- occasionally perform work outside specific role
