Job Requirements

  • must be at least sixteen (16) years or older
  • satisfy federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
  • ability to remain standing for long periods
  • ability to move throughout the store
  • capable of regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
  • able to perform essential functions of the role or request reasonable accommodations

Job Qualifications

  • retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
  • good communication skills
  • ability to manage cash handling efficiently
  • ability to follow company policies and standard operating procedures
  • capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • willingness to be cross trained in framing
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Job Duties

  • help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
  • provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • execute cash handling to standards
  • engage customers on the benefits of the rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments
  • educate customers on the voice of customer (VOC) survey
  • assist with Omni channel processes, including buy online pickup in store (BOPIS) and ship from store (SFS)
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  • complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
  • perform store in stock optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company programs
  • interact with others in a respectful and positive manner
  • cross trained in custom framing selling and production
  • perform other duties as assigned
