Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks like product identification and selling, explaining warranties and benefits, assisting customers, building relationships, resolving issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service through daily execution of company policies
- Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Listens to and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions
- Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers
- Communicates information about stock, special orders, product features, benefits, warranties, and programs
- Writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs
- Cross-functionally trains in other store areas to help deliver best customer service
- Detects and reports signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks
- Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment including conducting daily safety reviews
- Adheres to all relevant safety requirements
- Operates store equipment as required per role and department
