Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smart phones and tablets
- Less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks like identifying and selling products, explaining warranties, assisting customers in locating products, building customer relationships, resolving customer issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law

Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service by executing Lowe's policies, procedures, and programs daily
- Seek out customers to understand their needs and assist with product location, demonstration, selection, carrying, and loading
- Respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions, guiding them through projects
- Demonstrate sincere appreciation to customers
- Communicate information about stock, special orders, product features, applications, and warranties
- Write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs in Tool Rental Department
- Cross-functionally train in other store areas to enhance customer service
- Detect signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks and report to management or Asset Protection
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to housekeeping standards
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by conducting safety reviews, noting hazards, and ensuring aisles are clear
- Adhere to all relevant safety requirements and protocols
- Operate necessary store equipment such as Zebra phones, paging system, CCTV, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler, and tool rentals machines
