Job Requirements

- participates in daily BGEA staff devotions including Bible reading and leading group prayer as schedule permits

Job Duties
- Prepares and serves guest orders in appropriate proportions
- is able to operate POS, accepting payments and making change when necessary
- prepares specialty coffee accurately and consistently in the expected time frame
- assists, as directed, with daily food prep
- assists, as directed, to put away dry stock in storeroom, refrigerated food in cooler, and frozen foods in freezer when delivered by vendors
- helps maintain a neat and orderly kitchen, serving area and cooler/freezer
- keeps consumables and food needed for guest service stocked and rotated
- exhibits genuine and professional customer service
- assists with operation and restock of exterior refreshment bar during Christmas at the Library program
- assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room
- other duties as assigned
