Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in food and beverage, events or hospitality
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Colorado TIPS Certification
  • Ability to work 32+ hours per week
  • Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday regular schedule
  • Capability to work during major summer holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
  • Full seasonal commitment from April to September
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to move between service areas during busy shifts
  • Willingness to support occasional outdoor events

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in food and beverage, events or hospitality
  • Experience leading small teams in fast-paced service environments
  • Comfortable creating schedules and managing basic inventory systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership under pressure
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Colorado TIPS Certification
  • Event or catering experience (bonus)
  • Experience in seasonal operations (bonus)
  • Familiarity with Toast POS (bonus)

Job Duties

  • Serve as Manager on Duty during operating hours
  • Lead front-of-house service while coordinating with the Kitchen Lead
  • Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready café environment
  • Ensure food safety and liquor license compliance
  • Deliver a welcoming, efficient guest experience aligned with the RMP brand
  • Create and manage café staff schedules (FOH)
  • Partner with the Kitchen Lead on BOH scheduling
  • Support onboarding and training of seasonal team members
  • Provide real-time coaching and shift leadership
  • Manage ordering and inventory use basic in-house systems
  • Monitor product levels and minimize waste
  • Maintain accurate counts and support cost efficiency
  • Lead food and beverage operations for on-site events handed off by the Events team
  • Coordinate staffing and inventory needs for event days
  • Ensure smooth, professional service during high-traffic event operations
  • Maintain compliance and operational standards during special programming
