Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in food and beverage, events or hospitality
- Food Handlers Certification
- Colorado TIPS Certification
- Ability to work 32+ hours per week
- Availability to work Wednesday-Sunday regular schedule
- Capability to work during major summer holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day
- Full seasonal commitment from April to September
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to move between service areas during busy shifts
- Willingness to support occasional outdoor events
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role in food and beverage, events or hospitality
- Experience leading small teams in fast-paced service environments
- Comfortable creating schedules and managing basic inventory systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Calm, solutions-focused leadership under pressure
- Food Handlers Certification
- Colorado TIPS Certification
- Event or catering experience (bonus)
- Experience in seasonal operations (bonus)
- Familiarity with Toast POS (bonus)
Job Duties
- Serve as Manager on Duty during operating hours
- Lead front-of-house service while coordinating with the Kitchen Lead
- Maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready café environment
- Ensure food safety and liquor license compliance
- Deliver a welcoming, efficient guest experience aligned with the RMP brand
- Create and manage café staff schedules (FOH)
- Partner with the Kitchen Lead on BOH scheduling
- Support onboarding and training of seasonal team members
- Provide real-time coaching and shift leadership
- Manage ordering and inventory use basic in-house systems
- Monitor product levels and minimize waste
- Maintain accurate counts and support cost efficiency
- Lead food and beverage operations for on-site events handed off by the Events team
- Coordinate staffing and inventory needs for event days
- Ensure smooth, professional service during high-traffic event operations
- Maintain compliance and operational standards during special programming
