Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors with sun exposure
- Ability to handle physical requirements such as lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work during peak periods and varied hours
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Spend time getting to know guests and building relationships to ensure the best experience
- Anticipate guest needs and share special requests with relevant teams
- Greet, escort and seat guests as necessary
- Take reservations and conduct confirmation calls
- Manage the online table reservation system including adding, modifying, removing and confirming reservations
- Report and collaborate on correcting imperfections and blemishes in the hotel environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel team, including answering the phone according to hotel standards
