Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working outdoors with sun exposure
  • Ability to handle physical requirements such as lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods and varied hours
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Spend time getting to know guests and building relationships to ensure the best experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and share special requests with relevant teams
  • Greet, escort and seat guests as necessary
  • Take reservations and conduct confirmation calls
  • Manage the online table reservation system including adding, modifying, removing and confirming reservations
  • Report and collaborate on correcting imperfections and blemishes in the hotel environment
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and extended hotel team, including answering the phone according to hotel standards
