Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for seasonal, casual, on-call work
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Describe food and beverage menu items to guests including origin, taste, and preparation
  • Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system
  • Coordinate food timings and ensure order accuracy
  • Transport food and beverages to guest tables promptly maintaining food quality
  • Fulfill special requests related to dietary restrictions and special occasions
  • Report and assist in correcting any imperfections in guest service or environment
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
