Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for seasonal, casual, on-call work
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred

Job Duties
- Describe food and beverage menu items to guests including origin, taste, and preparation
- Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system
- Coordinate food timings and ensure order accuracy
- Transport food and beverages to guest tables promptly maintaining food quality
- Fulfill special requests related to dietary restrictions and special occasions
- Report and assist in correcting any imperfections in guest service or environment
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
