Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months related work experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 23 kg
  • Adherence to company policies and safety procedures
  • No prior supervisory experience required
  • Willingness to work full-time in a non-management role

Job Duties

  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout
  • Coordinate activities of assistant waiters to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure support services meet guest expectations
  • Anticipate guest needs proactively and act accordingly
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Create a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and handling objects up to 23 kg
  • Ensure high-quality service standards are consistently met to enhance guest satisfaction
