Job Duties
- Provide personalized and attentive service to guests before arrival, during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout
- Coordinate activities of assistant waiters to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure support services meet guest expectations
- Anticipate guest needs proactively and act accordingly
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Create a safe work environment by following established safety guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and handling objects up to 23 kg
- Ensure high-quality service standards are consistently met to enhance guest satisfaction
