Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- Minimum 6 months related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance

- Professional personal appearance and communication
- Willingness to take on hands-on tasks

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and support departments to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively
- Maintain professional appearance and communication
- Ensure safety and adherence to company policies
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and pushing objects up to 50 pounds
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service
