Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Demonstrates passion for guest service and sales competency
- Proficient with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's sales and service goals including retail, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, personalizing service, answering product questions, informing about promotions, recommending products
- Handle customer service operations such as sales, refunds, exchanges, and assistance with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution while achieving sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and services including ingredients and benefits to advise guests
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment by supporting teammates and guests
- Promote guest loyalty programs and credit benefits
- Collaborate with store managers and associates to drive business growth
- Participate in ongoing brand and category training for professional development
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code
- Keep sales areas stocked, signed, faced, and testers available
- Maintain cleanliness and store standards in all store areas
- Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipping using company technology
- Follow loss prevention best practices and provide excellent guest service
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned
