Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, pull, push, reach, twist frequently during shift
- ability to continuously lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs during shift
- ability to coordinate and manipulate objects during shift
Job Qualifications

- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- demonstrates passion for guest service and competency for selling
- proficient with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service through greeting, engaging, personalizing service, answering product questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products or services
- courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience
- book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experiences while achieving sales goals
- stay informed about new and existing products and services, including ingredients and benefits
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
