Job Requirements
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to continuously move throughout the store during shift
- frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
- ability to continuously and/or frequently lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs during shift
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling competency
- proficient with basic technology such as point of sale system and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, answering product and service questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products and services
- handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience
- book appointments and support in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experience and sales goals
- stay informed on new and existing products and services during work to enhance product knowledge
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
