Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- passion for guest service and competency in selling
- proficiency with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging them, personalizing service, answering product questions, informing about promotions, and recommending complementary products and services
- courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with on-line orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest service
- book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals
- stay informed about new and existing products and their benefits during work time
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
