Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- At least one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Passion for guest service and selling
- Proficiency with technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexible schedule including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, pull, push, reach, and twist frequently during shifts
- Ability to continuously lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds during shifts

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products and services
- Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with on-line orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience
- Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events while delivering on sales goals
- Stay informed about new and existing products and services and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
- Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- Share guest loyalty program benefits including credit and app usage
- Collaborate with managers and associates to help grow the business
- Participate in ongoing training and education to drive sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Adhere to dress code
- Keep assigned work area replenished, signed and faced, and ensure testers are available
- Maintain outstanding store standards and cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
- Participate in merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing
- Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service
- Execute other operational tasks as directed
