Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- demonstrate a passion for guest service and competency in selling
- proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and service goals
- provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests
- handle customer service transactions including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support in-store events
- stay informed on new and existing products and services
- maintain prompt, regular attendance
- contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- share information about guest loyalty programs
- collaborate with managers and associates to grow business
- participate in ongoing training for professional development
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- adhere to dress code
- keep work area replenished, signed, and faced
- maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, and break areas
- participate in merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory processes
- protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices
- execute other operational tasks as directed
