Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs frequently during shift
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to learn and maintain product knowledge
- High school diploma is preferred
- One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

- Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering product and service questions, informing about promotions and sales, and recommending products and services
- Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience
- Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals
- Take initiative to stay informed about new and existing products and services, including ingredients and benefits
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
