Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift
- Continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying, and/or moving up to 25 lbs during shift
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma is preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions and sales, recommending complementary products and services
- Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events
- Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services and be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
