Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
- frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
- adherence to company policies and dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- one year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- passion for guest service and sales
- proficiency with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
- strong customer relationship-building skills
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail and service sales goals
- engage guests to provide exceptional personalized service
- handle customer service, refunds, exchanges, and online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- support appointment booking and in-store event execution
- stay informed about new and existing products and services
- maintain prompt, regular attendance
- foster an inclusive environment supporting team and guests
- share guest loyalty program benefits and credit options
- collaborate with management and peers to grow business
- participate in ongoing training and professional development
- comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- maintain merchandise displays, cleanliness, and store standards
- assist with merchandise resets, inventory, and shipment processing
- follow loss prevention and asset protection best practices
- execute operational tasks as directed
