Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience or combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- Strong passion for guest service and sales
- Proficiency with basic technology including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand, bend, pull, push, reach, twist frequently during shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs regularly during shifts
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty including credit, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging each guest entering the store, personalizing service to their needs, answering questions about products and services, informing guests about promotions and sales, and recommending complementary Ulta Beauty products and services
- Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience
- Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals
- Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of these products
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
