Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- Must hold valid TABC certification
- Availability to work October 14 or 15 for paid training
- Availability to work October 17-19, 2025 during Formula 1 event
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must adhere to company uniform requirements
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of bartending experience
- Must hold a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
- Familiarity with Square POS preferred
- Extremely hardworking and organized
- Exceedingly responsible and accountable
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills with desire to exceed client needs
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quick learning adaptability
Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner including icing down product
- Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist with replenishment
- Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
- Operates a point of sale system to collect funds
- Attentive to guests needs throughout the event
- Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
- Records closing inventory to balance bar consumption vs sales
- Puts away all inventory as directed
- Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
- Performs other related duties as required
