Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year bartending experience
  • Must hold valid TABC certification
  • Availability to work October 14 or 15 for paid training
  • Availability to work October 17-19, 2025 during Formula 1 event
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must adhere to company uniform requirements
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of bartending experience
  • Must hold a Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
  • Familiarity with Square POS preferred
  • Extremely hardworking and organized
  • Exceedingly responsible and accountable
  • Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong customer service skills with desire to exceed client needs
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quick learning adaptability

Job Duties

  • Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities
  • Sets bar up in a timely manner including icing down product
  • Communicates well with bar back personnel during the event to assist with replenishment
  • Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service
  • Operates a point of sale system to collect funds
  • Attentive to guests needs throughout the event
  • Cleans bar after closing and discards excess ice
  • Records closing inventory to balance bar consumption vs sales
  • Puts away all inventory as directed
  • Follows all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
  • Performs other related duties as required
