Job Requirements
- Proof of completion of a Responsible Alcohol Server/Seller Training Course is strongly preferred
- Staff must comply with all Minnesota alcohol service regulations and ID-checking requirements
- Additional city/county requirements may apply based on our licensed service area
- Availability on evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be 21 or older
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold winter conditions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to venue standards
- Greet guests and provide exceptional, friendly service
- Verify guest age and follow all Minnesota alcohol service laws
- Operate POS system
- handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, rotate inventory
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and shift changeover
- Support bar supervisors and team members during high-volume periods
- Work safely on snow/ice surfaces and follow all Ice Castles safety procedures
