Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and tools
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
- Process payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Secure liquors and complete closing duties
