Job Requirements

  • availability to work a flexible schedule including weekday and weekend evenings
  • ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • working knowledge of proper operation of bar equipment
  • working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • current State Food Handler's License
  • current State Mixologist Permit

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of related education, training or experience
  • working knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
  • understanding of liquor laws and regulations
  • proficiency in using computerized Point of Sale systems
  • current State Food Handler's License
  • current State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve inspired cocktails
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • operate computerized Point of Sale system efficiently
  • ensure compliance with liquor laws and bar equipment operation
  • handle cash and process payments according to standard procedures
  • provide a high level of customer service by engaging guests and meeting their beverage needs
  • support special seasonal events and live music performances with timely service
