Job Requirements
- availability to work a flexible schedule including weekday and weekend evenings
- ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- working knowledge of proper operation of bar equipment
- working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- current State Food Handler's License
- current State Mixologist Permit

- at least one year of related education, training or experience
- working knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
- understanding of liquor laws and regulations

Job Duties
- prepare and serve inspired cocktails
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- operate computerized Point of Sale system efficiently
- ensure compliance with liquor laws and bar equipment operation
- handle cash and process payments according to standard procedures
- provide a high level of customer service by engaging guests and meeting their beverage needs
- support special seasonal events and live music performances with timely service
