Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekday and weekend evenings
- Must hold a current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Demonstrated expertise in cocktail preparation and bar operations
- Compliance with liquor laws and cash handling standards
- Minimum one year of related experience or training
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Working knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
- Proficient in operating bar equipment and Point of Sale systems
- Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
Job Duties
- Provide coverage for seasonal special events and live music through 12/31/25
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks using expert bartending techniques
- Engage guests to deliver distinctive beverage experiences
- Operate computerized Point of Sale system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and expert upkeep of bar equipment and area
- Ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions following standard procedures
