Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekday and weekend evenings
  • Must hold a current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Demonstrated expertise in cocktail preparation and bar operations
  • Compliance with liquor laws and cash handling standards
  • Minimum one year of related experience or training

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Working knowledge of mixing and serving drinks
  • Proficient in operating bar equipment and Point of Sale systems
  • Familiarity with applicable liquor laws and cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit

Job Duties

  • Provide coverage for seasonal special events and live music through 12/31/25
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks using expert bartending techniques
  • Engage guests to deliver distinctive beverage experiences
  • Operate computerized Point of Sale system efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and expert upkeep of bar equipment and area
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Handle cash transactions following standard procedures
