Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull about 25 pounds regularly
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Server certification upon hire
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and management
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with latest mixology trends and bar equipment
- Knowledge of bar sanitation and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude
- Understanding of state and local alcohol service laws
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized drink recommendations in the hotel bar
