Job Requirements

Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays
Stand for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds repetitively
TIPS training required by opening date

Job Qualifications

Retail, bartending, and/or tasting room experience preferred
TIPS training required by opening date
Exceptional guest service skills
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
A strong team player, organized with great attention to detail
Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays

Job Duties

Assist customers in their beverage selections by effectively communicating details of our menu offerings
Field questions about the distillery, operations, our story, and much more
Engage with guests, process payments & ensure a welcoming environment
Mix alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in strict accordance with BHD recipes and/or customer requests/pour beer and wine
Clean and organize, bar, tables & chairs and retail area
Check ID’s and maintain accurate guest counts
Restock back bar & retail areas with bottles, cans, ice, supplies, apparel, etc.
Open and close according to BHD opening and closing procedures to meet health standards
Set up, clean and secure furniture daily
Assist during private events
Additional duties will be assigned as necessary
