Job Duties
- Receive and expertly prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers
- Mix both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established standard beverage recipes
- Serve beverages in a manner that reflects commitment to exceptional service
- Operate the cash register ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a balanced cash bank
- Keep the bar area clean and organized by removing used glasses, napkins, and emptying ashtrays
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock to ensure availability of supplies
- Maintain and replenish the ice supply for smooth operations
